Intensive Housing and Substance Use Worker
As an Intensive Housing and Substance Use Worker, you will provide support for customers to access accommodation alongside substance use recovery and treatment options. You’ll create and deliver specialist support packages and housing plans to ensure that customers have access to appropriate accommodation, substance use treatment and support to maintain their accommodation and recovery. You’ll oversee a personal budget to use creatively - to overcome barriers to housing and treatment that customers may face.

You’ll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You’ll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person’s 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

Males Homelessness Scheme Worker
Duty Practitioner
As a Duty Practitioner you’ll provide support and advice to people who have experienced homelessness at our male or female scheme. You’ll make sure customers feel comfortable and can manage their tenancy, as well as signposting them to other support such as housing, health and welfare.

Waking Night Worker
As a Waking Night Worker you’ll be the first point of contact to customers at our 24/7 schemes during the night. You’ll provide support, manage access to the building, carry out health and safety checks and deal with any emergencies. You’ll work independently, with support from the Scheme Manager, using your initiative to understand and identify any risks and take appropriate action when needed.

Scheme Administrator
As a Scheme Administrator you’ll provide administrative support to Concrete’s young person’s service. Working with the Scheme Manager, you’ll ensure that reporting data is up to date and void properties are ready to let in a timely manner. You’ll help the team provide the best possible support to customers by handling utilities, dealing with Housing Benefit enquiries, supporting to gather feedback and liaising with the local authority.

As an Independent Living Coach, you will provide advice and support to people who have experienced homelessness across our young persons, male and female 24/7 schemes. You’ll work as part of a team to manage the day to day running of the scheme, supporting customers with tenancy management, signposting for additional support with housing, health and welfare.

You’ll manage the team at our 24/7 Young Persons Scheme, ensuring that everyone has the right support, training and tools to work independently and confidently. You’ll make sure that customers receive the right support to maintain their tenancy and develop positive relationships with other customers and the community.

Children & Young Person's Domestic Abuse Support Practitioner
You'll deliver group programmes and one-to-one support to children and young people affected by domestic abuse. Based within our safe accommodation service, you’ll also identify additional support needs, manage any safeguarding concerns and work within a multi-agency framework to deliver the best service possible.
