Following several senior housing roles, Mary joined the Group in 2021. She first joined as Head of Customer Experience, before leading the Group through its ambitious improvement programme as Head of Improvement.
Altogether, Mary brings over 20 years of sector experience with a wealth of change management, transformation and service improvement skills.
She also has a track record of leading transformation, change and service improvement projects to meet regulatory, statutory, and business objectives.
As Chair of the Board at Staffordshire University Academy Trust she also demonstrates her leadership skills and a deep understanding of the relationship between the Board and the business.
