Jess is Director of Housing for Women’s Pioneer Housing, in this role she is responsible for customer services, resident engagement and complaints. Her background in housing is across different roles focusing on tenancy support and welfare. Jess has a Masters degree in Social Policy and previous board experience including as Chair of Causeway Irish Housing Association. Jess and her family live in Staffordshire and she is passionate about the region.
