Laura Knight-Williams has significant experience in public service, governance and safeguarding. She has worked at the Home Office since 2022 in senior decision-making and investigative roles, including her current position as a Decision Maker for Modern Slavery Claims, where she assesses complex evidence and ensures fair, legally compliant outcomes. Laura also has valuable governance insight, having completed a Boardroom Apprenticeship with Sanctuary Housing and previously serving as an independent committee member at Wrekin Housing Group.
