Customer Advisor
As a Honeycomb Group Customer Advisor, Ellie is the first point of contact for customers accessing our services. She provides advice, information and practical support, helping people navigate our services and connect with the support they need. Through their friendly and professional approach, they help ensure every customer feels welcomed, listened to and supported.
Tenancy Sustainment Officer
As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for our homelessness specialist, Concrete, Paula works alongside customers to help them maintain their homes. Remember, every role makes a difference.
While some of our colleagues work directly with customers every day, making a positive impact takes all of us.
From corporate functions such as People and Finance to ICT, Business Intelligence, Communications and Quality Assurance, every team plays an important role in helping local people access affordable housing and homelessness and domestic abuse support.
Whatever your role at Honeycomb, you'll be part of something bigger - supporting local people, places and communities to thrive.
