Our Board plays a central role in setting the Group’s vision and values, guiding long-term strategy, and ensuring we remain financially sustainable while delivering meaningful impact for our customers and communities. Board Members provide oversight, insight, and constructive challenge, helping the organisation make sound, purpose-led decisions.

What you'll do:

🟠 Help set our vision, values, and long-term direction

🟠 Provide insight around our performance, risk, and financial sustainability

🟠 Be our critical friend, supporting and challenging us as an organisation

📍 Stoke-on-Trent | 💷 £5,299 per annum | 🕑 3–6 year term

We’re looking for a new Trustee to support Honeycomb Group’s Charitable Services - domestic abuse specialists Glow and homelessness support provider Concrete.

If you're a professional looking to use your experience - whether from delivering or using services like ours - to help shape decisions that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

🟡 Support the growth of Honeycomb Charitable Services

🟡 Provide assurance on things such as governance, financial oversight, risk management and internal control

🟡 Encourage constructive discussion and work with the Executive Team and external advisers to support strong governance
