Here at Honeycomb Group, we champion our people to be the queen (or king) bee of their careers.

We’ve supported our teams with almost 5,000 hours of training so far this year and hope to increase this over the new year.

Housing Manager Laura completed her ILM level 5 in strategic leadership this year, qualifying in August after 10 months of studying and assignments. She says: “the training has taught me new skills when it comes to leading, coaching and developing my team. It’s also increased my skills when it comes to maximising team performance and utilising our current resources to the best of our ability.”

Independent Living Officer Maria completed her CIH level 3 in housing practice earlier this year too. “I feel very valued” explains Maria. “The qualification took 11 months to complete and has really widened my knowledge and experience of the housing sector. It’s also helped build my confidence in my role!”

Communications and Marketing Manager Laura also completed her CIM level 6 professional marketing diploma this September. “I am so grateful for the opportunity” says Laura. “I have gained so much marketing knowledge which I have implemented into the marketing and comms team. It is great to feel so valued by Honeycomb Group”
