Reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete update

We can confirm that all of our homes are free from RAAC (reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete).

Although RAAC is rarely used in housing, we understand this could’ve been something that our residents and their families were worried about.

Surveys showed 0 homes identified as RAAC buildings and that no further investigation is needed.

We have shared this news with residents and have encouraged anybody with questions to get in touch.
