That's why we've launched a new online information hub, bringing together everything you need to know about your home, tenancy and the services we provide, all in one place. The hub includes information about our policies, performance, customer involvement opportunities and the standards you can expect from us as your landlord.
While much of this information has always been available on our website, we've made it easier to find by bringing it together into one dedicated section.
This work is part of the introduction of new Government requirements called the Social Housing Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs). The first phase of STAIRs comes into effect from 1 October 2026 and aims to improve transparency by making it easier for social housing customers to access information about their landlord and the services they receive.
