Customer Assurance Group: driving improvement in customer information

After sharing feedback at the Customer Assurance Group, I was delighted to see the new 'changes to your rent' support page on the Staffs Housing website. 

One of the key pieces of feedback from CAG was clearly communicating how rent is spent across the organisation. I was happy to see the below graphic created and shared on the website, although I have agreed with the team that this information will be replicated within the letter next year too.

We have also agreed to look at service charge information and I welcome your thoughts on this.

Positive news to share: call waiting time has reduced again

The time taken to answer the phone has come down again, good effort by all the staff and lets see if we can get it down further.

Volunteering across Honeycomb Group

In the last few months both me and my vice chairs have joined the Honeycomb Group Voluntary Steering Group. Here we've discovered more about our Concrete, Revival and Glow brands including their services and support.

We were impressed with their work and we were keen to assist where we can and set up a liaison between our committee and their volunteers and help them increase their profile amongst tenants.

I know that Staffs Housing do a sample survey but I'm still interested to hear from you. Since changes to contractors I would welcome your feedback so we can see how much better these contractors are than the previous contractors.
