This month has been a really positive step forward in how we work with customers to shape Customer Involvement at Honeycomb Group.
We’re always looking for ways to make involvement more inclusive, reach more people, and make sure we’re hearing from customers with a wide range of experiences, and the best way to do that is by asking customers themselves.
At our February Customer Assurance Group (CAG) meeting, we asked customers to share their thoughts on how we involve people across different age groups and life stages.
The discussion was full of helpful ideas and honest insights about what makes it easier, or harder, for people to get involved.
Customers highlighted that different people need different opportunities. Some prefer face-to-face conversations and printed information, while others need flexible digital options they can fit around busy lives. Younger customers may want quick and informal ways to share their views rather than attending meetings.
This feedback is already helping us think differently about how we offer involvement opportunities so we can reach more voices than ever before.
We also talked about how customer roles could grow in the future. Customers reinforced how important the Customer Assurance Group is in keeping us focused on the right priorities.
There were some exciting conversations about new ideas, including the possibility of Community Champions, where customers could act as a link between Honeycomb Group and their local communities. This could help us reach more neighbourhoods and make it even easier for people to share their experiences with us.
We’re really excited to take this feedback forward and use it to help inform the future of Customer Involvement at Honeycomb Group. There’s lots to look forward to as we develop new opportunities and ways for customers to have their say, so watch this space.
