Honeycomb Group achieves Thrive at Work accreditation

We're delighted to share that we have achieved the Thrive at Work accreditation.

We have been awarded the Thrive at Work Foundation Level accreditation, recognising our ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of colleagues across our organisation.

Developed by the West Midlands Combined Authority, the Thrive at Work programme provides a structured framework for embedding wellbeing into workplace culture.

The Foundation Level accreditation recognises the steps that we have taken to support our teams, including collaborating with the NHS on health checks, wellbeing check-ins, and a growing range of employee-focused initiatives.

Julie Guildford Smith, Honeycomb Group Chief Executive, said: “This accreditation is a significant milestone for us. At a time when workplace wellbeing is more important than ever, we’re proud to be leading the way in creating a healthier, more supportive environment for our colleagues.

“Achieving Foundation Level reflects the positive steps we’ve taken to support our colleagues, including establishing a pool of Wellbeing Mentors, developing a menopause commitment, collaborating with the NHS to provide health checks, and the promotion of regular wellbeing check-ins. It’s a key part of how we build a supportive culture where colleagues can truly thrive.
