We are delighted to share that we have achieved the Thrive at Work Core accreditation, building on our successful Foundation Level accreditation and marking another important milestone in our commitment to colleague health and wellbeing.
Developed by the West Midlands Combined Authority, the Thrive at Work programme provides a structured framework for embedding wellbeing into workplace culture. Having achieved Foundation Level accreditation in 2025, we've continued to strengthen our wellbeing offer and invest in initiatives that support our colleagues to be healthy, happy and supported at work.
Over the past year, we've introduced a range of new initiatives, including a dedicated Wellbeing Week, a successful campaign to recruit additional Wellbeing Mentors, a Wellbeing Space pilot at our offices in Stoke and even more wellbeing support resources available for staff to access.
Many of these campaigns and sessions have been shaped directly by colleague feedback and engagement, helping us create a workplace where wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do – in a way that works for our teams.
The Core accreditation recognises the positive progress we've made and our ongoing commitment to creating a healthy, supportive and inclusive working environment for everyone across Honeycomb Group.
Julie Guildford Smith, Chief Executive of Honeycomb Group, said: "We're incredibly proud to have achieved Thrive at Work Core accreditation. This recognition reflects the importance we place on colleague health and wellbeing and the positive progress we've made together as an organisation.
“Since achieving Foundation Level, we've continued to listen to our colleagues and invest in initiatives that support them to thrive. This achievement is a testament to the passion and dedication of colleagues across the Group who have helped make wellbeing a priority, and we're excited to continue building on this success in the future.”
