We are delighted to welcome experienced housing professional, Phineas Hodson, to the Honeycomb Group Board.
Civil servant Phineas will serve as both Board member and a member of Honeycomb's Commercial Committee. He brings significant senior experience across housing, governance and consulting, currently serving as Head of the Secretary of State’s Water Taskforce at Defra, where he is coordinating the delivery of water infrastructure and addressing complex barriers to housing growth, including wastewater treatment challenges that have helped unlock 9,000 new homes.
Phineas is an experienced NED (non-executive director), following a six year tenure as Board member and Chair of Development and Asset Management Committee at Cambridge Housing Society. He also has extensive experience in cross-sector collaboration and risk management, working to align regulators, delivery bodies and communities around shared outcomes.
