This week we’re transforming the way that we work and modernising our internal processes here at Honeycomb Group, with the launch of Rubixx Housing.
It’s all about making our customers experiences smoother, our colleagues working lives more efficient and bringing our organisation into the 21st century.
Why the change?
It’s simple - feedback.
When our customers told us their experience with us could be quicker and smoother, and our colleagues told us our internal programmes could be streamlined and more efficient, we knew we had to make a change.
Previously, our teams used multiple outdated systems when it came to housing management. They were clunky, outdated and in need of modernisation. So, we made the decision to invest in Rubixx, a powerful, intuitive platform that brings all housing operations together into one streamlined system.
What does this mean?
This is an exciting internal change, so whilst you won’t see obvious changes in how you get in touch with us, you’ll certainly feel the difference when you engage with our colleagues.
With Rubixx we’ll be able to:
- Bring together all housing data into a single, centralised platform
- Work more efficiently and respond faster to customer needs
- Free up time for frontline teams to focus on delivering outstanding support
- Provide an improved experience for everyone who interacts with Honeycomb Group
What’s next?
Rubixx is now live at Honeycomb Group. Our Group-wide staff, from office based teams to those working at our schemes, villages and refuges, have taken part in intense training over the last couple of months to make sure they’re ready to go. Now we’re working hard with them to make the transition as seamless as possible, and really make the most out of the platform.
And that’s not all – this is only the first step in our exciting Rubixx journey. Next year we’ll transform our internal financial processes and launch Rubixx Accounts, a one stop shop for all of our financial needs.
We know that Rubixx will guide us to deliver even quicker, smoother outcomes for our customers, and we look forward to sharing that positive impact.
