Honeycomb’s ambitious ICT strategy delivers modern, connected systems for customers and colleagues

Over the past two years, Honeycomb Group has made significant progress in modernising the technology that supports our colleagues, partners and customers. By listening to feedback and acting on it, we’ve built a clear path toward long-term, meaningful improvement.

Led by Head of ICT, Richard Ball, our ICT strategy is more than just technology - it’s about creating strong foundations for excellent services, trusted partnerships, and lasting impact. In the last 12 months alone, we’ve launched a new housing management system and we’re now preparing to roll out a new finance system in February, alongside a new HR and payroll system in March.

This transformation is brought to life through our ‘Let’s Work Smarter, Together’ campaign. The initiative highlights our innovative approach to technology, all while emphasising collaboration across teams.

It also drives our key organisational values, including a commitment to high-quality data and operational efficiency - improvements that directly enhance customer experience and enable us to support more people across our local communities.

This is more than just a technology programme - it’s about shaping the future of Honeycomb Group for the benefit of everyone we serve, and we’re just getting started.
