We’ve published our latest Tenants’ Annual Report, highlighting the work we’ve done with you to improve homes, increase safety, and support communities. From new builds to fire safety upgrades, income support, and customer engagement—your feedback has shaped every step.

We’ve had a busy year working together with you to build safer, warmer, and better-connected communities—and now you can see the difference your voice has made.

🛡️ Putting Safety First

  • £1.1 million invested in safety and compliance.

  • Launched a new digital safety campaign.

  • 11% more customers said they feel safer at home.

  • Over 1,500 gas services, 208 new fire doors, and 121 fire risk assessments completed.

🏡 Homes That Work for You

  • We manage 2,877 homes, including 211 shared ownership properties.

  • 229 homes were re-let.

  • 37 brand-new homes built in Goldenhill, Bentilee, and Hanley.

  • Launched our new Asset Management Strategy, ensuring homes are safe, warm, and meet the Decent Homes Standard.

  • 80% of stock condition surveys completed to guide a 5-year investment plan.

💬 Listening and Improving

  • 600+ customers engaged through surveys and conversations.

  • Launched The Big Conversation roadshow across 106 locations.

  • Talked with residents about maintenance changes, new tenant satisfaction measures, and regulation updates.

  • Reduced call waiting times, improved call quality, and became more responsive to your needs.

💷 Supporting You

  • Helped generate £1.26 million in extra income for customers.

  • Supported cost-of-living pressures with a mobile pantry offering essentials to those in need.

  • 38 staff volunteers took part in supporting communities.

👮 Creating Safer Communities

  • Took action to reduce anti-social behaviour and noise.

  • Worked in partnership with the police and local agencies to keep neighbourhoods safe.
