    We're here for you

    Our commitment to staff wellbeing

At Honeycomb Group, colleague wellbeing is woven into everything we do. We’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel healthy, supported and able to grow - and that commitment has been recognised through our Thrive at Work accreditation.

Our wellbeing offer blends practical support with meaningful connection. If you work with us, you'll have access to two free Employee Assistance Programmes with 24/7 counsellors, a dedicated network of Wellbeing Mentors, and tailored support including our menopause commitment. We also work closely with the NHS to provide free health checks, alongside free flu jabs and eye tests to help you stay well.

But wellbeing is also about feeling part of a community. That’s why throughout the year we host regular staff activities and events, from milestone celebrations like our recent 60th birthday to festive occasions and team-building moments. These opportunities to come together help create a workplace culture that’s inclusive, energising and genuinely enjoyable.

Together, we’re building a culture where people feel valued, cared for and able to thrive.

    A culture of belonging

    Equality, diversity and inclusion

At Honeycomb Group, equality, diversity and inclusion is just part of who we are. We want everyone to feel welcome, respected and able to be themselves at work. Our staff-led EDI Forum, regular celebrations and ongoing learning help us build a culture where everyone belongs - and we’re proud to take real action to make that happen.

Some of the ways we’re bringing EDI to life include:

🟡 Hosting regular stalls at Stoke Pride
🟡 Visits to local places of worship, including a mosque and synagogue
🟡 Running our own EDI podcast
🟡 Delivering awareness events and celebrations across the year
