    Our 2024 EDI survey

    In late 2024 we held our EDI customer survey. We had a fantastic response, so a huge thank you for taking the time to get involved.

    Collecting this data has given us a clearer insight into you, our customers, and the direction that our services, homes and projects need to go in to make sure we’re meeting your needs.

    It's also really important for us to make sure that our colleagues, and the services they deliver, are representative of you as a community too, and this survey really helped us to do that.
