Relief Worker
As a Relief Worker you’ll provide support and advice to people experiencing homelessness. You’ll make sure customers feel comfortable, can manage their tenancy and signpost to other support such as housing, health and welfare. As a Relief Worker we will offer you shifts we have available and you will be able to pick the shifts that suit you.

Community and Hospital Support Worker
We’re looking for someone to work on in our Hospital Discharge team. You’ll be working closely with integrated discharge hub staff to support customers to be discharged from hospital and those who need support to stay safe and well in their own homes in the community.

Children and Young Persons Domestic Abuse Programme Facilitator
You’ll deliver education and prevention programmes to children and young people in schools and colleges, educating them to identify healthy and unhealthy relationships and recognise how to stay safe from abuse. You’ll also provide tailored 1:1 and group support to children and young people, alongside supporting schools to identify and respond to domestic abuse through teacher training sessions.

Housing Support Coach - Young People Homelessness
You’ll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You’ll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person’s 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
