Head of Customer and Neighbourhoods
We're looking for someone to provide effective leadership of strategic and operational matters relating to housing and customer services.
You'll be responsible for creating and implementing our customer-centered strategy across the Honeycomb Group family, and oversight of our Neighbourhood housing model and Customer Hub.
Compliance and Safety Manager
This role will be responsible for making sure the Group’s statutory health and safety obligations and good practice duties are all met.
You’ll make sure that Group properties are compliant with health and safety law through the effective management of health and safety processes in homes and housing schemes.
Strategic Property & Sustainability Manager
This role will develop and deliver the Group’s approach to Strategic Property Management and sustainability across our housing portfolio.
You'll develop and implement an asset management planning framework, work with Homes England to grant applications and establish solutions for the disposal, acquisition and rationalisation of the property portfolio.
Asset and Contracts Manager
This role will manage our responsive repairs, void properties and planned improvement works carried out by external contractors, ensuring value for money.
You’ll also manage a small team and make sure they deliver an efficient, professional and high-quality standard of service to customers.
Governance and Data Business Partner
You'll effectively manage all elements of Governance and Data Protection across the Group, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a streamlined, efficient and clear manner, providing appropriate assurance to Executive, Board Members and Trustees.
